Research

Marie-Louise Vierø's research is in Decision Theory and Microeconomc Theory. A special focus is on incorporating unawareness and growing awareness into economic models, where Vierø has developed the reverse Bayesianism framework. Other focus areas include behavior when decisions are based on vague information and the optimal design of contracts in such vague environments, as well as the investigation of incomplete preferences, problems in finance, and the behavior of researchers.
