Karina Skovvang Christensen is Associate Professor at the School of Economics and Management, Aarhus University. She received her PhD from the Aarhus School of Business, Denmark in 2008, and holds an MSc (econ) from Aarhus University, 2002. She has been a visiting scholar at University of St.Gallen, Switzerland (2003) and Stanford University (2003-2004). Her main research and teaching interests are organizational behavior, knowledge management, strategic management and innovation management. Karina has published books e.g. Knowledge Management and Intellectual Capital (Palgrave Macmillan) and articles in both Danish and international journals. Further, she is editor of the handbook Knowledge Management (Børsen Forum)
